@Selfridges DM’d 2 days ago & not heard back. Was supposed to get response from #customerservice within 24 hrs but 5 days later not responded (other than trying to close case) Extremely poor service & I will not purchase a gift card from you again. However, would like this sorted.

@Selfridges 2nd c/service issue this week & I’m now out of pocket. Placed online order using gift card. Order didn’t go through yet funds deducted from card! Spoke to yr team who can’t confirm when I’ll be reimbursed so will end up missing your “unlocked” discount

@GAILsBakery I will *always* love your coffee… but one stamp on a loyalty card per transaction despite multiple coffees purchased?! Bit stingy! Particularly at around £4 a pop!
@VisionExpress The nonsense continues: have spent significant time trying to fix this and still not sorted (lenses have now been cancelled rather than sent out!) Raised a complaint but have heard nothing. Terrible #customerservice. Pls help me sort this.
@VisionExpress Had contact lens check 2 months ago & lenses not arrived. just heard lenses discontinued but I’ve still been charged! Now v v low on lenses & need some delivered urgently. Impossible to get thru to store & customer care failed to resolve - v poor customer service
Really disappointed with your handling of this @pret I DM’d you with details & received a meaningless template response. No wonder yr barista was so blasé about her mistake & even blamed me for it! Obvs Pret’s culture. Will buy my coffee elsewhere
@Pret Pls give yr staff at London Bridge some #customerservice training. They were annoyed with me for complaining that they’d forgotten to make my drink! Was told they’re a coffee shop & “mistakes happen!” No attempt to apologise. Not good enough!
