We are looking for an enthusiastic technician to support IBD-RESPONSE. This is an exciting project looking at the link between microbiome and response to biologics in patients with IBD. It should be great fun!! Please RT
If you listened to any of BBC Radio 5 Live, BBC Radio Wales or BBC Radio 2 this morning you may have heard the familiar voice of our own Dr Beth Lawry discussing neutralising antibody therapy.

Check out my latest column piece in #TheBiologist writing on behalf of @ECL_HUBS highlighting Early Career Lecturers views on teaching through the #COVID19 pandemic
@ECL_HUBS Due to the amount of work and organisation this will take, it's important that we share good practice amongst all staff, I think the sessions with @DocWithTheSocs and @Nige1980 are a great start! Thanks :)
Scientific paper submissions from females has dropped significantly.... Interesting thread about the impact of the pandemic on female academic careers.
Six weeks into widespread self-quarantine, editors of academic journals have started noticing a trend: Women — who (ofc) shoulder more family responsibility — seem to be submitting fewer papers than usual. There is some evidence that men are submitting *more.* (a thread)

@Geborgenheit007@RoyalSocBio Having spoken to peers I agree this is not simply an ECL feeling, it was a relief to hear some of my most experienced colleagues also feel like imposters. As an ECL it was the only way I could write the personal perspective piece but it's a great conversation to have all round!
