@British_Airways We did speak to the team at the airport. We had to get on the flight before it left without us, therefore I am currently speaking to the customer relations team about why my mum didn’t get on a flight that she booked and paid for and that took off and landed today.

@British_Airways @Iberia at Barcelona airport and been told our code sharing flight to Heathrow is cancelled (it isn’t). Help number doesn’t know what they’re talking about. Mum can’t get on because the flight is fully booked. Absolute shambles and no one helping

@Mathewjames_MK Thanks for providing that email address - I have just sent them one. Mum is still stuck in Barcelona and has had to pay £350 to get a Ryanair flight to Stansted tomorrow! I’m appalled at what’s happened today

@British_Airways We did, told they can’t do anything because we booked it through iberia. No Iberia help desk at the airport, had to call a number and speak to a Spanish employee where there was a language barrier. Horrible experience and I have raised with your customer relations team.

I have many solutions thanks, not enough characters to explain them

I have a job so minimal time for spring searching - ‘before the days of ac’ people lay down in the shade and didn’t do much until it cooled down. Can’t really do that in modern society unless you’re claiming benefits

@krissakray Around 19-20 degrees is fine for me but I run hot, my boyfriend likes the house at 22-23 and I find that too warm. Issue is when it’s 22-23 outside it’s more like 28 inside and that’s roasting
