@mlkytee That’s a dreadful response to your enquiry. Lacking compassion and kindness and ignoring safety measures. Do you have a freedom to speak up guardian in your trust?, I think it would be good to speak to them or your senior HR business partner
The more our staff tell us the more we have an opportunity to act. The staff survey is completely confidential it is outsourced so the trust can not identify individuals having their say.
