Got a Kuppersbusch microwave combi-oven a year ago. Been nothing but trouble, the microwave keeps blowing up! Had 3 replacements, now need a 4th. Deciding we’d rather get our money back, the company now says our guarantee is up and won’t refund our money??

Watch out iPhone users!! My mate got water on his iPhone XS and it killed it! Taking it to an Apple shop he was told that water damage isn��t covered?? So what about their huge advertising campaign that boasted the XS was water resistant to IP68!!!

Jet2 are still useless! After over an hour on the phone yesterday I still haven't got anywhere with my flight cancellation complaint! After 3 calls I was fobbed off, misdirected, and now 24 hrs later still waiting for a return call??? @jet2tweets
@jet2tweets I would certainly try the number SW, but as throughout this whole mess, me or my wife, have not had any direct communication (letter, email, phone) from Jet2 or any of their representatives?
Well after all the helpful outpourings it seems Jet2 are now making it extremely difficult for customers to contact them about their claims after the Stansted fiasco!! Oh well, perhaps you don’t want any customers then?
