Fortunately both The Chaser and the contestant got the question wrong so it made no difference to the outcome. ITV have investigated and are putting measures in place to ensure that this doesn’t happen again.
@Kitty_B_Good@SmalePerry Thank you for flagging this. You are absolutely correct. These errors are very rare as the questions are subject to many layers of scrutiny but occasionally on a question heavy show such as this one an error gets through.

In 2019 I had cause to complain to Travelodge for refusing me a double bed in an accessible room on the grounds of H&S. I was assured then that it wouldn't happen again. 5 years later its happened again. Same story. Come on @TravelodgeUK this should not still be happening
& 3,000 contestants who have left studio reassured they had the right outcome and won the money they had earned.
