@dpshow @ProFootballTalk Why are you jumping the gun, trying to outguess what the NFL might or might not do? First he has to apply for the supplemental draft. Then the league has to decide what to do with the application. Aren't we light-years from the question of his eligibility to play?

@gmfb @willcolon66 @Ravens @Lj_era8 May I amend that? "If you have A HEALTHY Lamar Jackson on your team ..." The injury aspect of Lamar's career is modifying his legacy somewhat. For all the talent he has -- and it's considerable -- it's no good if he's injured so much.

@MarkschultzFb Mark, I must have missed something. Football Zebras is less active now, and I wonder if Ben has stepped away. By now, we would have the 2026 NFL crews, and I know the crews have been notified. Do you know if FZ is planning to continue this kind of coverage?

@bmarcello Good luck. But seriously, doesn't the injunction force Texas Tech to put him on the roster? It can't force the coach to play him. Why don't the schools wait to see how it shakes out before refusing to schedule Texas Tech? You're just breeding ill will by overreacting like this.

@TomMarsLaw But since the injunction is against the NCAA, isn't Texas Tech sort of the victim? The injunction means Texas Tech must put him on the roster. But a coach's decision can keep him from actually playing.

@JustinbFrommer Why would they penalize Texas Tech? Did Tech support Sorsby's filing for the injunction? It seems to me that the injunction vacates the NCAA's ban, and that forces Tech to put him back on the roster. All the coach has to do is bench him (coach's decision). Problem solved.
