@StreetSmartRD I sort of did this last year. Put my entire inbox into a folder called 2018 archive, and started with a blank inbox again. That way I still had them just in case. It was amazing and so helpful!
Alkaline water and alkaline diets are bullshit.
1. Nothing you eat alkalizes your body
2. Acid base balance is tightly regulated
3. If you could change the body’s pH with food you’d be dead right now
4. Anyone who says otherwise doesn’t do science

This “perfect burger” from @DrPraegers might be my favorite food of the entire #FNCE expo. A meaty vegan burger... but only 2g saturated fat, unlike all the other popular competition!
Really #FNCE ?? At a food and nutrition conference this is at the initial networking session? Sugar, more sugar then topped with marshmallows, choc chips and whipped cream. Ugh. How about next year #HealthyMeetingGuidelines#BetterRoleModeling
Picked up a sample in the #FNCE expo and grabbed a sample of a mint... that made my mouth numb like after a dentist visit! Eek. It’s supposed to suppress appetite
#FNCE the dash diet for heart health was meant to be vegan, but they added some animal products to make it “palatable.” Now 1000 deaths a day could be prevented if people were told the truth about the healthiest diet.
#FNCE “moderate changes often bring moderate benefits. How moderate do you want your diabetes to be? Tell your patients to make big changes!” In a talk on plant based diets that can get people off insulin without losing a single pound or exercising.
Hundreds of articles on the health of vegans = silence.
ONE article on increased stroke risk = friends and family crawling out of the woodwork to text it to me.
