i have booked a ticket and not able to do a web check in and when i called airlines they are saying the ricketct is not confirmed. The money is deducted.

@airvistara I have my flight to Goa and I'm not carrying any hand bag and my checkin bag is 4 kg excess. I have travelled in many other airlines as well as yours. I have never faced such isssue. But thia time I'm. I'm aure I'll not use vistara again
