महाराष्ट्र आरोग्य विज्ञान विद्यापीठाच्या परीक्षा आॅनलाईन घेण्याबाबत केंद्रीय कौन्सिल ने परवानगी दिलेली नाही.तसेच विद्यापीठाच्या परीक्षा धोरणाशी हे सुसंगत नाही.
मा. उच्च न्यायालय मुंबई यांनी यापूर्वीच या संदर्भातील याचिका फेटाळली आहे. यामुळे आॅफलाईन परीक्षा घेणे अनिवार्य आहे.
