@FedExHelp Both scoffed at me in front of other customers when I said I would call customer service. As I was on the phone fully 10 minutes later, another employee gave me my ~$300 order and apologized profusely. She is a decent human being. I will no longer be a regular print customer. 3/3
@FedExHelp You sent me an email that my print order was ready, but when I get to the store to pick it up they won't let me unless I pay a rush charge. This is absolutely ridiculous!
@FedExHelp The email didn't say anything about an additional fee (earlier today, I declined to pay a rush charge for same-day and said tomorrow is fine, so when I received the email I was pleasantly surprised). A young man saying he was the manager also said I couldn't pick up 2/3
