बिल्डिंग का कोई भी हिस्सा कभी भी ढह जाता है ।कहीं पानी जमा रहता है ।कभी लिफ्ट बंद ही जाती है ।हद तो तब हो गई जब सारा दिन पानी भी बंद हो गया ।बिल्डर तो सुनने को रही नहीं है ।बोलता है जहाँ जाना है जाओ मेरे पास पैसे नहीं है ।
