How hard is it to accept your mistake that your batteries are heating during both the update and charging. That leads to damage of the pixels of the screen...hence the famous green line

And a small scratch on the body or display makes the free screen replacement void?? Why?? the phone was just fine for the 1.5 years.. the problem started when i updated it to one ui 7..

I bought this phone in november 2023. when i updated my phone last month with your one ui 7 and android 15 august security patch, one green line showed up from nowhere. Then another one showed up later.

@SamsungMobile @SamsungMobileUS @SamsungIndia Things didnt end there... i took it to an authorised service center at my place and they straight away refused saying that the phone is warranty and didnt even listen to me when i told them about the 3 year warranty for green lines...
