During international roaming, when an OTP is received from @OfficialSBICare, Why are @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence debiting SMS balance from international pack ??

While other incoming OTPs are free, WHY the OTPs of @OfficialSBICare are charged ??

When on Intl. Roaming pack, why are you guys debiting/deducting SMS balance even for OTPs????

Whenever an OTP is recvd, SMS balance is deducted from pack.

Can you clarify on this???
