@MTPHereToHelp @MumbaiPolice Mass refusal by auto-rickshaws at Jio World Plaza, Gate 6, Bandra (BKC). Drivers are refusing to ply by meter. Threatening autos that want to charge by meter . This is causing a lot of harassment for commuters. Please look into this. #MumbaiTraffic
