@GWRHelp on train from Batb Spa to London. 5 coaches despite then knowing it’s a busy period. Seat reservations cancelled and stood next to a mum with a baby and an elderly woman who has to sit on the dirty floor. Scandalous. GWRs cash taking systems are working though
