@brightball@robbyrussell@dhh I'm ready! https://t.co/kGW1CR7pPE Though I'm a very happy https://t.co/qJ7x3Nfods user of over a decade at this point. @IRCCloud
@humble what time zone do y'all use for expiration? I just missed the Rawcember bundle...but the page says "This bundle was live from Nov 27, 2024 to Dec 19, 2024"...it's still the 18th where I am...
I realize I should decide faster... Just sad I missed it (again).
Likewise, a search engine company won't give you quality location bar in the browser they make. The want you to give up and use their advertising driven service(s)...not find what you need.
Unsurprisingly...it's the same company as below.
Use @firefox.
An advertising company will never build a private browser.
More evidence after 7+ years of prevarication from @Google@googlechrome

Hey @panerabread , your website and your mobile app have different password constraints, so a password set on the website may not work on the mobile app.
So search engines... showing me every countries @Amazon link when I search for a book is just lazy...
It's not just @google. @DuckDuckGo and @bing fail at this as well...
I've been renting domains for decades now (with plans to use every last one of them)... But now I need to lighten the ship:

Buy some domains, k? Most are Web, REST, or possible product ideas. All priced at or below appraisal value.
It really feels like Google is grifting app advertisers. I keep getting ads for apps I just installed on the same device...and often only for that app.
...the deposit time into @PayPal makes keeping my account funded painful--tying up money while it's inflight. Also, the new "instant" draft fees makes using PayPal for anything "impulsive" expensive...
Thankfully, I've found @RevolutApp https://t.co/Hwk8umtKuQ
@goodside Maybe MIT license the output?
Though that won't jive with this bit from the @suno_ai_ ToS:
"Suno grants you a license to use such Output solely for your lawful, internal, and non-commercial purposes, provided that you give attribution credit to Suno in each case."
So @SlackHQ this new session expiration notice is a perfect change. Thank you!!
> "Your session expires at 7:12 PM. Sign out and reauthenticate now to avoid interruption."
Thanks for the quick fix!
@SlackHQ Thanks. It isn't that the session ends, but that the forced sign out experience is apocalyptic. If I were instead given a chance to re-authenticate without having my work thrown out...that'd be much more pleasant.
@askpanera Also, QR codes for the folks at the counter to use instead of hand typing these long numbers would also be super nice (for coroner's and employees--not to mention everyone waiting in line...).
so @panerabread ...are "bonus" gift cards designed to be intentionally hard to use. Card is not usable for *weeks* after purchase, no follow-up email once usable, and trying to add them to the app gets: "Sorry, promotional gift cards cannot be saved to your account." T_T
@askpanera It'd be much more pleasant if that app could still store them and just tell me they expire (and have them remind me to use them!). It's frustrating to have so many holes to fall into when trying to use these cards...
