@easyjet …Without standing at the board for 1.5 hours there was no updated online flight info apart from the inbound plane landing. Not good enough in this day and age.
@easyJet I love flying with you and always as an EasyJet Plus customer but why can’t you provide tailored information to Plus customers? A delayed flight ENU5210 had no information on airport screens till 25 mins before the delayed departure time.
@easyJet You make it impossible for customers to complain - or get refunds. Emails you publish aren't replied to or monitored and phone numbers don't work. You try dialing 0330 365 500 and see how far you get. Appalling service!!

@VodafoneUK I’ve now spent 40 minutes trying to cancel a 5+year contract for a MyFi dongle (which doesn’t work now) and each time the call drops just when we are getting somewhere. I’m calling on a business Vodafone contract phone!! Go figure.

@virginmedia The first time they said the area was being upgraded and it would take two months to fix. I am still paying for 100mb and getting zip meanwhile.
