@EE Can you please advise when your phone unlocking portal is going to work?! Been two weeks and still can’t unlock an old EE phone. Looking online it seems it’s been this way for 2/3 years! Someone help as this is shocking!
@Ofcom It is an old phone that is locked but EE aren’t helping to get it unlocked. They have a portal but that shows an error, have spoken to them and they say there is an issue with it but that it’s the ONLY way to get it done. And no one can say when it’ll work again @EE
