@FilanLaw No settlement coming. Just 2 sides wanting to get to the real fight as fast as possible. Both sides have too much too lose if they settled since SEC wants everything under their control. Expect price of xrp to dive tomorrow when its announced officially.

@attorneyjeremy1 It's pretty clear to me the government wants xrp declared a security and will delay things until they get their way. Don't trust the judge...she is in on it.

However I fully expect the SEC to turn on btc and eth once they win the case. Our government wants to kill crypto...or find a way to steal it and use it for their own purposes.

She will (from time to time) to give ripple a break here and there to make it look 'fair and balanced'...lol. As you said...the sec will just wait ripple out...they dont have to 'win'

@attorneyjeremy1 Heh. Judge will grant extension Im 90% sure of it. US gov wants XRP dubbed as a security and it will get what it wants sooner or later. Most likely judge was told to make it look legit but to give the sec all the time it needs in order to make Ripple cave. No faith in our courts
