@Honeyynoir If you can recognise what me you feel anxious and panicking to begin with - move yourself away from that area/place. Then you can work on your breathing. Take long deep breaths, in through your nose, out-of your mouth, all while keeping your body upright..
Remember to distance yourself from people who:
- harm your mental health
- act like a victim in a situation they created
- only talk to you when they want something from you/is convenient to them
- engage in petty drama
- subtly belittle your emotions
