Me asking @bluehost if they can upgrade the database software for me @bluehostsupport responds "... shared hosting ... which the latest Mysql we provide at the moment is 5.6.41-84.1". MySQL 5.6 was released 10+ yrs ago and End of Life in Feb. 2021! even 7-year-old 5.7 would help

@HDCares Looks like I missed your post. I was not helped and left the store with my broken tool. I’ve discarded it months ago and replaced it with another brand from another store. A lifetime warranty means nothing if you won’t honor it.
