@juanathonmata@KashyChels Cause they all know better. Thousands of unemployed and overqualified sporting directors tweeting from Mom’s basement. Misery loves company!
@ExpectedChelsea Chelsea could sign Jesus Christ and there would be poeoe saying “they paid too much!”, “what are they doing?”. Can we root for the guy to be successful before we post about how we know he’s gonna be a bust?
@colincowherd Dodgers' TV deal post-2013 deal with Time Warner (now Spectrum) is worth $8.35B through 2039, generating ~$334M/year. Due to McCourt bankruptcy settlement, only ~$84M (with increases) of rights fees is subject to MLB's 34% revenue sharing
@colincowherd Colin. Are you aware of the Dodgers unique TV agreement that allows them to keep more of that money than any other team in MLB? Do the research on that and ask yourself if this argument is still valid
@AndrewTurmer@CFCDaily@BobbyVincentFL That's not at all what he's saying. If a team plays a certain way and doesn't show you different you are going to prepare for that. Once they show you something different in realtime, like he said, you make an adjustment to your tactical approach
@Blue_Footy It's fun to watch everyone melt down cause they know the game and players better than people that get paid to do it. And not at all taking in to consideration that there is still a business here. They've done ok so far. How quickly the CWC is forgotten
Hulk Hogan was the face of my childhood. I loved wrestling, and he is the reason I loved it when I first saw it.
Thankfully, I was able to experience the height of Hulkamania live - I can tell you, not a concert, a sporting event can hold a candle to Hogan's entry. The roof would literally blow off - I'll never experience anything like that again. Pure electricity.
Today, I mourn the loss of a major piece of my childhood. RIP Hulkster.
Hulk Hogan’s Entrance Song
“REAL AMERICAN” will always be the greatest in WWF history. As a kid it would give us goosebumps & and adults it STILL DID.
@flameosumeet So what you're saying is the "average" fan should know the business strategy behind running a Premier League team and has equal to if not better sense then people actually employed in the profession? Got it....
@NizaarKinsella My 10 year old daughter plays during the day in 100 degrees on turf in Las Vegas. Not saying it's ideal but I think the grown men will find a way to make it through.
