It’s #SunDay! Here’s your space weather report for the week of June 19 - 25:
• 4 M-class flares
• 0 C-class flares
• 42 coronal mass ejections
• 0 geomagnetic storms
This video from NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO) shows the week’s activity.
All the action this week comes from two clustered active regions, AR14472 and AR14473. You can see them rotate onto the Sun’s disk from the Eastern limb (left side of the Sun) starting at about 0:30 into the video, and continue with several flares and bright coronal loops through about 1:30. Quite a show! 🤩

It’s #SunDay! Here’s your space weather report for the week of June 5 - 11:
• 1 M-class flare
• 5 C-class flares
• 36 coronal mass ejections
• 1 geomagnetic storm (as of June 12, though another one is currently forecast for June 13)
This video from NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory shows the week’s activity.
This week’s most powerful flare was an M1.8 on June 6, which erupts from the southeastern (lower left) region of the Sun’s disk at about 0:42 in this video. That eruption also produced a coronal mass ejection that reached Earth three days later, but the bulk of the blast was oriented to the south and east of Earth, so the effect on our planet was minimal.

.@BernieSanders , it is a time to celebrate. @elonmusk has created enormous value for society by building @SpaceX, driving down the cost of rocket launches and creating a global satellite communication network that has brought high speed, low-cost internet and communication access to hundreds of millions and eventually billions of people along with critical advantages for our military and our nation’s defense.
SpaceX and its technologies will cause an acceleration in the growth of wages and wealth creation globally, including in some of the poorest communities in the U.S. and around the world.
Access to low-cost, high speed communications everywhere will allow children around the world to be educated, families to build businesses, and life-saving medical knowledge and care to be available everywhere.
SpaceX will materially bring down the cost of compute, advancing AI and humanity.
Meanwhile, 4,000 SpaceX employees yesterday became millionaires, including hourly wage employees who you claim you are trying to help.
The Elon Musks of the world drive growth, global GDP, and provide access to goods and services at lower cost that would otherwise not exist.
Elon’s nominal trillionaire status is due to his ownership of SpaceX, Tesla, Neuralink, the Boring Company and his other initiatives that have brought new technologies that improve our everyday lives.
Elon is not sitting on a trillion dollar pile of cash, jewelry and gold. He is using his controlling stakes in his companies to advance mankind. Elon’s companies don’t pay dividends. They reinvest all of their capital to accelerate innovation and value creation.
Elon is working 24/7 for all of us. He deserves respect and appreciation, not smears.
Bernie, your socialism would never allow a SpaceX to be built. Socialism has only proven to impoverish mankind and lead to death and destruction.
We need to create the conditions for more SpaceXs to be built, not attack the great entrepreneurs who are helping to advance our country.
@HulkCapital Thanks for posting this. Been looking into peptides for recovery and growth (like the wolverine stack) but can’t find a reputable vendor. Been asking at the gym but always get different answers. Appreciate your advice brother! Thanks
I was flying Southwest from Dallas to New York. Three rows ahead of me, there was a young soldier in uniform. He looked barely 18. He was staring straight ahead, gripping the armrests. He looked nervous. When the drink cart came around, the flight attendant asked him what he wanted. 'Coke, please,' he said. 'Heading home?' she asked kindly. 'No, ma'am,' he said. 'Deploying. First time.' The whole row went quiet. The flight attendant didn't say a word. she handed him his Coke. Then, she got on the PA system. 'Ladies and gentlemen, we have a very special guest in Row 8 today. Private Miller is on his first deployment to serve our country. Since I can't buy him a drink, I’m going to ask a favor. If you want to write him a note of encouragement, pass it forward.' I grabbed a napkin. I wrote: 'You got this. Stay safe. - A dad from Row 12.' I watched as napkins traveled up the aisle. Napkins, receipts, pages torn from books. By the time we landed, the soldier had a pile of paper on his tray table three inches high. He stood up to get his bag, and he was wiping his eyes. He carefully packed every single scrap of paper into his rucksack. 'Thank you,' he told the flight attendant. 'No,' she said. 'Thank you.' We all walked off that plane a little quieter, reminded that freedom is just a word until you meet the kid who is defending it.

I'm on my 3rd read-through of this classic, "How to Trade in Stocks" by Jesse Livermore.
Every time you reread a good book, you get something out of it.
Yesterday, I realized how much emphasis Livermore put on his health (body and mind)
* sleep and wake up early
* Eat healthy and limit alcohol
* stand up all day while trading and making phone calls
* eliminate distractions on the way to work and have pure silence in his office
* no one was allowed to enter during the trading day and he eliminated all sources of gossip and tips

And if this video helped you learn at least one valuable thing about trading and technical analysis, Retweet to spread the word.
What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger is the most accurate quote for traders.
It doesn’t matter how many times you mess up. Just don’t blow up.
It’s not a sprint. It’s not a marathon. It’s war.
You can be the best shooter, but if you rush the kill, you’re dead.
You win some. You lose some. But you must live to fight another day.
Prioritize A+ risk management.
I'm 35 years old. Been trading for 15 years. Made my first million at 23.
And here's what I want to say to everyone grinding right now:
Make sure you actually live.
You're going to work your whole life. There's always another level to reach. Another goal to hit. Another milestone to chase.
But if you don't take time to enjoy it along the way, what's the point?
Yes, saving is important. Investing is important.
But there's no point in saving and investing if you never spend any of it.
I recently took a trip to Mexico. I needed that.
I could've kept grinding. Stayed in Vegas. Kept trading.
But instead, I came flew out.
Four days. Ocean view. Golf. Spa. Pickleball. Just disconnecting.
And it was worth it.
Because work will always be there. The market will always be open.
But this moment right now, at 35, healthy, successful - this won't last forever.
When you're young, you have more energy. You enjoy things differently.
Traveling at 35 hits different than traveling at 65.
Playing golf at 35 hits different than playing at 70.
Buying a nice watch at 25 hits different than buying it at 60.
The joy is different. The appreciation is different.
So don't wait until you're "rich enough" to start living.
Start now.
In my early 20s, I saved a lot. But I also spent.
I traveled. I bought things I wanted. I enjoyed the journey.
Because I knew: I'm not going to be 23 forever.
And the experiences I have now shape who I become.
Now at 35, I don't worry about money. Not because I have unlimited money.
But because I have the skills to make more.
I know if I spend $10k on a trip, I can make it back.
But if I skip the trip to save $10k? I can't get that experience back.
Time is the real scarcity.
You'll have chances to make more money. You won't have chances to be young again.
So take the trips. Buy the things. Have the experiences.
Work hard. Build the skills. Make the money.
But don't forget to actually live.
Because at the end of your life, you won't remember the money you saved.
You'll remember the moments you lived.
The trips you took. The people you met. The experiences you had.
That's what matters.
Last month, I was in Japan. Last week, in Mexico.
Next week, I'll be in Aspen snowboarding.
These trips aren't distractions from work. They're the reason I work.
To have the freedom to do this. To go where I want. When I want.
That's success.
Not the number in the bank account.
The life you're actually living.
So if you're grinding right now - working 12-hour days, chasing goals, building something…
Good. Keep going.
But don't forget to live along the way.
Take the weekend trip. Book the nice hotel. Try the experience.
You've worked hard. You deserve it.
And more importantly: You won't be young forever.
Enjoy it while you can.
Work hard. Live well.
That's the balance.
But far and away the best old fashioned I had in NYC was in a tiny tucked away lounge at Grand Central Terminal. This is The Campbell Bar, the restored 1920’s office space of John W Campbell. It took me a few switchbacks to find the entrance but it was totally worth it. I don’t know how that window made it 100 years but it is stunning to behold in person. This old fashioned ranks with some of the best I can remember and was the perfect way to warm up when I couldn’t feel my face. 🥶🥃🥰

It’s #SunDay! This week’s (Dec. 12 - 18) space weather report includes:
· 2 M-class flares
· 2 C-class flares
· 27 coronal mass ejections
· 0 geomagnetic storms
This video from NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO) shows the week’s activity.
The Sun was fairly calm this week, though the bright coronal loops on the Sun’s western limb (right edge) at the beginning of the video and eastern limb (left edge) at the end put on a show. Perhaps it’s a good space-themed alternative to a yule log?🪵🔥
