@British_Airways Very disappointing experience on your Bucharest–London flight. 1.5h delay, rude check-in staff, no cabin space, even when most people had been asked to check their luggage. Cramped for 3.5hrs. A simple apology isn’t enough. I should have just flown with Ryanair.

@nowpet2 @nowpet1 put a claim through, and submitted many many documents and proof as requested, then miraclesly they found 10days gap for vaccination back in 2021 and refused my claim...what a fraud Pet Insurance Company. Waste of money... Never go with them.
