@rohindhar Every time I visit SF, I go to the Philz in Noe Valley and am reminded of how nice that area is to raise a family. I’m sure it’s expensive, but really seems like an oasis.

I firmly believe that to have any shot at outperforming the markets, you need to not only understand why others act how they do, but also to know the cognitive/emotional biases that you are prone to and how to reduce them.
