@AnotherBio we have already seen a whole lot of data from imvt 1402 and it doesn't look diff in the slightest, which is also why they didn't show IGg reduction curve. What they were smart around was the autoab ULN limit to enrich for pot responders but that is not out there.
@JacobPlieth So worse tox than the other TROP2s, and the PFS curves look fairly similar ex months 1-3 which is simply due to fast progressors given a lack of chemo. also, control managed not to get chemo as 2L in a large chunk of pat. Altogether more unethical, instead of practice changing
@CloisterRes There's no diff btwn jemperli and keytruda; in fact you can argue that on the margin, the newer mAbs are slightly better, so yes...they could have used jemperli in every study. The royalty rate is also only 25 at the very highest rev levels, that could be chged to a flat rate
@JoseRestonVA@Investorclimber What is your thesis on that one, i.e. why is a shift from 4 injections a year to 2 injections per yr at all exciting, at over a $3B mkt cap?
@oakazaki@A_May_MD@LSinnv That's a long time from now....if that's the only way for them to break, you're making a good case for why everyone should own them now
@A_May_MD@LSinnv@oakazaki It's nice hearing logic, instead of listening to the pod bros chasing the latest Fairmount company/slide deck/TAM. But I do have to ask, what's going to cause it to break; lack of takeouts over time, gap btwn ph 2 and 3? They're savvy and quite good at manufacturing catalysts...
@CloisterRes You might want to read the reqs for Medicare coverage....it's morbidly obese folks and basically those that likely can already get coverage
@adamfeuerstein Find a single doctor that doesn't want to heavily use Filspari; why don't you actually get some doc feedback rather then pretending to be an investor
@TheLAPurchaser What have you actually been able to do so far, that you couldn't otherwise do with the traditional software vendors? Seems like taking on a whole lot of operational risk for what in the medium term is probably fairly marginal cost reduction?
