Disappointed with @HDFCBank credit card support.Around 4 years ago, my HDFC Regalia card was blocked due to an unpaid amount of just ₹0.10 (10 paisa). No proper call, email, or warning was given before this action.
After discovering it, I paid ₹10 to clear any possible dues.

Payment is reflected, and my HDFC system still shows the card as “active”, yet I’m told it is blocked.

Despite multiple follow-ups, no clear written explanation or resolution regarding my credit profile/CIBIL has been provided.
