Yes it’s great if we can start to undo the ecological damage we have caused but things go extinct for a reason. If we don’t fix climate change and bring these lost ecosystems back, these animals will just go extinct again. Can we first put these millions into restoration?

For my @UConnBehavior “That animal does WHAT??” project I started looking into the gliding behavior of arboreal neotropical ants in the genus Cephalotes. They position their legs and abdomen to direct their glide to their home tree before reaching the ground!
