A.数字资产交易的总收入。
B.交易双方的信息（如身份、地址）。
C.针对每笔交易，需记录资产的转让价格和基础成本（basis）。

2.针对DeFi协议，明确了“数字资产中介”的定义，并列出了需要报告的具体服务类型。

如果非托管钱包提供商参与交易流程且掌握交易信息，则可能被视为经纪人。

3.对未符合“经纪人”要求的例外

A.仅验证交易的验证者（validators）。
B.仅提供硬件或软件用于数字资产私钥管理的供应商。
C.不直接参与交易促成或未掌握交易细节的其他参与者。

法规生效日期为《联邦公报》公布60天后。这次的法规明确了DeFi技术栈的三层模型：接口层、应用层、结算层。针对提供用户界面或交易入口的“前端服务”提出了信息报告要求。
