@1goodtern And sometimes after a Covid infection you get a reaction to flu vaccines…. Or any vaccine or any medication. So this is what Drs need to understand. It’s a chain reaction affecting so many people now.

@SitsSteph I ask all tradies that enter my home to mask. I supply one sealed . I had home physio rehab recently and each one masked. Always request at time of booking so everyone is prepared.
At hosp Med apt,masked. Dr and reception asked if I was sick! NO I DONT want to get sick!🤦‍♀️

I've been seeing posts from people who can't believe they got COVID in 2026. And if they are surprised by this, they are going to be even more surprised when they learn what these infections are doing to our insides.

@AndrewHewat I avoid going to the chemist esp in winter. Never linger… drop script return to collect. As quick as possible . Wear googles and the mask to the GP and chemist in winter.

@CoastalK8 It’s up to your family member to mask sanitise etc. my 92 yr old father wouldn’t let anyone in his hosp rm (2mths of chemo) without a mask. Then masked in taxis for recent radiation trt. No one in haematology wore masks!! He did for 6 mths

@DrRebeccaRyan Yes it feels like you’re dying and something is really wrong. But you know it’s not. Nothing relives it.
It’s not a panic attack.
I also got similar from Zyrtec ( despite having it at least 4 tones prior) that was like a severe panic & agitation that would not end.

@snufflewort Anyone with a chronic illness knows the huge struggle just to bake for kids special occasion. Then the toll it takes afterward and trying to hide how ill a simple task made you feel,hard to enjoy the child’s special day, yep food allergies. You did SO WELL!! 🥳
