Most people believe they feel "fine" after vaccinations, but Tenpenny says that confidence is misleading. She asks three uncomfortable questions:

"Do you have any idea what is happening at the cellular level in your body? In your mitochondria, ovaries, or brain?"
"When you were a baby and got vaccinated, did you scream and cry? Did your mother ever tell you that this is a sign of encephalitis (brain inflammation)?"
"What if your IQ should actually be 15 or 20 points higher? You wouldn't know."

The real danger of vaccines, Tenpenny argues, has nothing to do with "rare side effects," but rather with damage that you could never measure. And once you see the pattern, it's impossible to ignore.
