During our @ycombinator interview our user telemetry dashboard was down, so @sdianahu called me out, and she's completely right, details matter.

YC is very intentional about the details, so I want to share this POV of how we talk to customers and listen to their problems.

POV: you're selling your software at a Trade Show.

It started well, but this guy is a solo owner, inventor of his own product, only 1 SKU, so not suffering the pain my product solves

POV: you're witnessing the first business deal to expand Convexity into Korea.

Korea is one of the largest exporters of beauty products, food, and more, and soon, many of them will have access to autonomous operators through Convexity that will make them move faster and better.
