@ilyaberdysh We've developed platform for online events in 2019. And me and my team were the absolutely first users - I mean we've organized our own conference.
After it - contacts from phone. And later they recommendations.
If I see person driving posh car my first thought is - wow, he/she managed to create a lot of value.
Money is a feedback from the Universe.
If you deliver small value but for billions or enormous value for small group of people - you will receive this feedback.
When you're doing customer development for b2b2c product it's useful to talk not only with business that will pay you but talk with final consumer.
That can reveal issues that are not visible for your business customer.
