I'm bewildered, gobsmacked and flabbergasted.
My passport clearly shows my NIN, my driving license clearly shows my NIN.
But because I misplaced my national ID, @Airtel_Ug and @mtnug both won't replace my SIM cards.
And yet they issued a SIM to a foreigner using his passport!
Someone, anyone, please help understand this logic because I'm clearly missing something.
Was it a directive from @UCC_Official, @mia_uga or @MoICT_Ug !!? What was the rationale behind it @UCC_ED!?
So I can use my passport to enter any country in the world (where my national ID is useless), but my passport which is clearly attached to my NIN is useless in my country!?
One of the guys even told me mbu I should maybe just get my wife to buy me a new number in her name. I am tempted to stay offline out of protest!
