Hi @nilesh_pawar15 sir,
As much I understand you are the second largest unit of @aiboc_in.
What happened that day and why that decision was taken is still not clear to almost every banker.
I request u to join any banker's space & give these answers.
Bankers deserve to know.
Dear PNBians you are so lucky to have leaders in your bank. Ask others, they are so eager to join Krishna Kumar but they can’t. Had he been the leader the strike would not have deferred at any cost. We Unions are meant for trade union activities and not transfer and promotion postings. Once you will come out from fear of transfer after leaving your union , then only you can strengthen the cause. You all should leave your union and join AIPNBOF in masses.
Make him strong enough to fight within his capabilities. Ye Bakriyon ki Union mein rahoge to roj aise hi dhokha milega.
We need leaders like Krishna Kumar not cowards like @rupamsmail
@BOIOAMNG Sir with due respect...we have not moved forward, earlier it was pending for jst implementation bt now it will be 1st recommended by so called committe nd discussion will be done on that. In this only god knows how many months years will pass on...so its backward step not forward

Inhe ghar rehna tha
Lekin inhe bahar nikalna pada. Why?
DFS and Banks ki ego thi
Sunday branches open karni hi karni hai
Aur do parivaar ujad gaye.
Shame on you @UnionBankTweets
@pnbindia@DFS_India@FinMinIndia No individual worsks 24/7, its institution that works nd banks alsk works 24/7..so stop spreading/misleading by ur fake post....ur jst making ur employee to rethink about ur😎 bank....when a bank dont support ita employee then employee also stpos to think it as mother institute..
Dear Customers,
Strike is never first option.Since more than 1000 days & after series of discussions & dialogues,Govt still not fulfilling our principle demand of #5DaysBanking.We understand your concerns & deeply regretted for your inconvenience. We always ready to serve you.🙏
Based on the documented timeline:
Dec 2023 IBA-UFBU MoU and March 2024 bipartite settlement recorded IBA’s recommendation for 5-day banking (all Saturdays as holidays, with +40 min daily hours Mon-Fri). IBA forwarded it to the Government.
Over 2.5 years later, no NI Act Sec 25 notification has been issued. DFS/FinMin has repeatedly stated the matter is “under consideration” or “continues to be examined,” including as of 21 Sep 2026, despite conciliations and prior assurances that deferred strikes.
Unions agreed to the compensatory terms and have pursued implementation through talks then action after delays.
The stalemate responsibility rests with the Government/DFS, which alone can issue the required notification.
