@Zopa I’ve logged into chat and asked to transfer my ISA to another bank, the person/bot responding is telling me I don’t need any details to initiate a transfer and they won’t provide the account details to start such transfer 🤯
@thameswater how do I speak to somebody to fix a problem and make a complaint, the first consultant decided to drop the phone on me, I’m now listening to somebody speak to their friends
@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I’ve still had no contact from anybody, can you confirm your complaints procedure, I’ve raised a complaint on Monday. This is being raised with the ombudsman as this is two weeks after the second case being raised and nothing has been done
@ThreeUKSupport posting this here as I’ve now been blocked by @ThreeUK I contacted your company on the 12th October over you reappearing on my credit report despite me ever having an account with you cc @TheFCA , I’ve called and been told nothing was done when I called last month
@ThreeUKSupport I’ve called and spoken to you on chat, and I was told that nobody had looked into it. So I’m not really understanding your case. This is affecting my credit rating, but you don’t seem bothered
@ThreeUKSupport I don’t think you are acknowledging the failings of your company. The case was raised, this is now the third time. I’ve had no callback or letter since raising the initial issue on the 12th October, I spoke to your team via chat and was told to wait
@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the update, as stated in our chat considering nobody has even looked into the case I raised on the 12th October and the callback from the case I raised this week was just got off unexpectedly I’m not convinced you are doing anything and taking this seriously
@ThreeUKSupport Hi Nathan, so I tried that, apparently there are no operators. Also, I don’t think you’re understanding the matter, I have no account with you, but you are on my credit report stating I am in arrears hence me contacting regarding fraud
