@AmazonKindle I love my kindle. It stopped working a week ago. It has no damage just stopped working. Ive called help and no one can help. They offer me 15% off a new one, which is BS. I don’t want to buy a new one. I want mine fixed.

@AmazonHelp I did. It’s expired. But, there is nothing physically wrong with the device. I was given no options for technical services only replacement. I don’t mind paying for repairs. Having to replace it being my only option seems like a scam and 15% is insulting.
