Barnes, a biological male who identifies as a transgender female, engaged in webcam chat sessions with boys aged approximately 10 to 15.

He exposed his br*asts so the boys would believe he was a biological female and induce them to perform s*x acts on camera.

He recorded the sessions and saved the files to his Google account.
⠀
Barnes is a previously convicted s*x offender who pleaded guilty in 2016 to distribution of CSAM and received a 9-year sentence.

Judge Elizabeth W. Hanes imposed the sentence after an HSI investigation.

Accused cop-killer Emonnie Branch, 51, pleaded not guilty today in Warren Circuit Court.

He is charged with murder in the death of Kentucky State Trooper Hayden Phillips.

He's also charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm and tampering with evidence.

He allegedly shot Phillips twice during a traffic stop on I65.

He has at least 9 prior arrests.

He was on Tennessee probation with a warrant out.

He's held with no bond.

Prosecutors haven't said if they'll seek death.

His next court date is Feb. 12, 2027.

Hayden was 28, two days shy of his 29th birthday.

He left a wife and little boys.

His family sat in that courtroom today.

Antoine Latham—who worked full-time as a bus driver for children with special needs and part-time for Lyft—picked up Dove and two unidentified individuals.
The group attempted to rob Latham of his cell phone, and
Dove shot him in the back of the head. 😡
Latham's car then crashed into a guardrail, where emergency responders initially mistook the scene for a standard traffic accident.

On Oct. 24, Tanisha Shelton, 45, allegedly argued with Nathaniel Mathis, 33, and threatened to come back with someone to beat him up.

She allegedly returned hours later.

But she didn't come back with someone else.

She allegedly came back with an accelerant.

And a lighter.

She allegedly doused him with the liquid and set him on fire.

Mathis suffered burns on 80% of his body.

He's not expected to survive.

A witness pepper sprayed her as she fled, and deputies found her still wearing the same clothes.

Someone who does that has to have a record, right?

CORRECT.

Court records show she pleaded guilty to arson in a 2005 Brevard County house fire.

That case that started with child abuse and animal cruelty charges.

She was also found guilty of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, firefighter or EMS worker in 2005, and she served time in Florida state prison for both cases.

Now she has set a man on fire.

And he is likely to die.

The judge ordered her held without bond.

This is a person who should NEVER be released into society again.
