I taught in a far left institution for years, and I required my students to read select chapters of the Bible in my Western civilization course.

When challenged by blue hair faculty, I pointed out that it was, if nothing else, classical literature that had defined the West more than the rest of the Western literary canon combined.

Argument over.

Point is, if your children are in an institution that does not understand the significance of the Bible in the development of the West, whether the instructor believes in its content or not, then your children are being taught by those who don’t know much more than they do.

This is good and right and constitutional. The Bible is a founding text of Western Civilization and the United States. Part of why Islamic socialism has managed to become entrenched is because our elites have deliberately brought about cultural amnesia by suppressing the history that tells us who we are and what made our ancestors great.

They want us to forget so we can be conquered. This is a tremendous step toward reminding us of that past. Our real past. Not the anti-colonial Marxist oppressed/oppressor fairytales they created for us.
