@atrupar We seem to have an awful lot of US sourced food products on sale here in Canada. So I doubt you can say our high tariffs are ripping off US farmers. You can be assured though that should we have choices Canadians will start purchasing non US food items.

@jkenney Could it be because of cuts to hospitals and universities this fellow could not get a position and that meant he was not qualified for a working visa. This sounds like a Provincial matter rather than immigration.
