Frankly, I don't understand what's going on. I see 85 wins on paper. I know that means 78-92. I know that means competitiveness. I don't know if these latest trends are meaningful, and I don't think we'll truly know until there's no going back. This is the ship. It's set sail.

I don't know how to explain Dansby's offense. The athleticism etc looks similar. He's not barreling the ball.

I don't know how to explain Bregman's profile. It's a lot of weak contact, with swings that aren't showing conviction (or are just slower).

Seiya remains an enigma and my hope of 35+ homers and a +.270 BA seems way out there.

2-11 with RISP just illustrates how broken their hitting philosophy is. I don't remember the last good game they had with RISP. It might've been the one Ian Happ pirates game where they were 5-16 because even the Skenes game they were 2-10.

Spurs had an 88 oRTG in the 2H. Shot 2-19 from 3. 32% eFG%. Champaigne didn’t make a shot. Fox had 3 points on 5 shots. Wemby turned it over 4x. Simply not good enough

Spurs need to play Harper more but the game was lost when they sat Wemby up 13. you needed to extend that lead. once it got back down to 6 the game was over.

I don't disagree with the Dansby discourse i don't think that's saving this team as much as people want it to though.
