@jet2tweets shocking customer service. Wanting to book again, after a dreadful first family holiday due to horrific delays, etc but woman on phone said it'll be 12 weeks to get though to customer service to get any kind of compensation! 12 WEEKS the holiday will be double then!
@Kay83532189 Sorry I've only just seen this tweet. I don't use twitter that much, we ended up travelling to our most local office the day before we travelled as we weren't getting anywhere on the phones or online. They printed the passport for us at no extra charge. Their service was brill.
@Alex_Stafford please can you help, it's our last resort. We go away on Thursday and have been in contact with passport office for ages. My niece's passport hasn't been renewed yet, it's apparently I Belfast! They have had it since 26th April. Please do you have a direct contact?
@HM_Passport hi, We have waited longer than 10 week for my nieces passport. We fly on Thursday and the original is in Belfast. We like in Sheffield. How can we even get there and no one is getting back to us???? We need this urgently and will go to a more local passport office.
