Only 30% of the population had electricity in 2021, one of the lowest in West African. In #IvoryCoast more than 70% of Ivorians have access to electricity. In #Ghana the number is 86%. In #Liberia’s rural areas access to electricity is just 8% - fewer than one in every ten people
