After exploring the depression psychoeducational group, I realized that there is a huge online community full of support. I love that you can post what goals you are working towards and it allows others to support your goal! #SWKD600IUPUI

How reassuring to find online support groups for those struggling with anxiety. So often people have anxiety over something like attending group with new people, so by making online communities available people are able to feel supported while gaining tools. #SWKD600IUPUI

I too felt individual therapy was a great option for all but then I think of the dysfunction all because of communication lacking specifically with the adults. #SWKD600IUPUI

#SWKD600IUPUI I found this experience acting as a social worker to the characters of LMS to be really difficult. I've worked in a TF-CBT model for almost 3 years now and I probably would have recommended individual sessions for this family instead of group.

Sometimes adults struggle to communicate their needs very similar to children, and that’s when we see behaviors. All behaviors have functions, I like that you point out you opinion on the miscommunication #SWKD600IUPUI
