I was very much shocked when i received 1 more call that we are ready at Bandra station as well.
I would like to thank all the RPF & Doctors who were so quick to help.

I got a call from Unknown number saying they are waiting at Andheri. Trust me before train reached Andheri Help had Arrived outside our coach and Immediate care was taken for the kid. (2/3) @rpfwr1
There hasn’t been a proper road to/from Reay Rd Railway St East since several yrs.
People have been somehow making way for themselves through slums/debris/tracks -which is risky & inconvenient

We have to take a much longer & rough route to enter & exit Reay Road Railway St East. Now as new adjoining bridge is about to open, v request u to kindly connect the bridge to railway st as it originally was for public convenience

For eg Borivali’s Platform no2 has open Toilet and it stinks like anything. There is no hygiene level maintained and it effects when we travel with kids. Please look into this.

@bobcreditcard - its Been almost 3- 4 days that i done my VKYC but yet it says that it is still pending. Customer care people are also very rude. Not satisfied at all with the service before the card is provided. I am thinking what will be after I start taking service.

@Dell - I am very very sad to say that I am not at all happy with service. I am Sharing all my chats with photos with consumer court. Screen recording of trouble shoot is with @DellCares . I was also ready to pay nominal charge for technician visit and given me support.
