Kid being harassed by a couple claiming that they were from the children’s helpline. The kid cried hoping that they wouldn’t take him away. These many calls in an emergency and 0 responses. No safety in the Financial Capital of India.

This incident happened in the 18:53 (98765) Goregaon bound train from CSMT. The kid came running from Wadala Road. They finally took the kid and got off at Andheri claiming they were taking him to his father. Who is responsible for this lapse in security?

In my flight from HSR to BOM, the toilet is broken which they fixed with a duct tape, it smells of “burning” everywhere in the plane. I’m in an Airbus A320neo but sadly Air India does not know how to maintain their planes.
