@RailwaySeva Definitely I tried via 139 but the moment I choose the option to “complaint for the train option” the call gets disconnected everytime.
I shared my number in DM

Even tried the customer care 9717630982 but it’s switched off.
I am worried how people can reach out in case of emergency.
@PMOIndia Vande Bharat is great but services should be provided in other trains too.
