Thanks @djkhaled for spending 274 minutes with me in 2022. I couldn’t stop listening to LET IT GO (feat. Justin Bieber & 21 Savage). #SpotifyWrapped https://t.co/z9SQeHafLY
I won't support #BellLetsTalk tomorrow:
1 week after 2021's day, Bell completed 100s of layoffs after rec'g $122 M in Covid relief funding from the Cdn gov't. Shareholder payouts increased. Yah, find your local mental health provider instead. Thx for starting the convo tho @Bell!
Despite how you may feel about corporate agendas, hard to argue with what #BellLetsTalk has done for normalizing mental health issues and breaking stigma.
I've decided I won't be taking part in #BellLetsTalk day tomorrow. Instead, I will make my own donation towards the Canadian Mental Health Association.
I fully support the idea behind the day, but I just can't support the organization behind it this year.
Bell laid off 100s and received 122 Million in relief during COVID. How about giving 122 Million to mental health initiatives rather than a pathetic 5 cents per video for million worth of PR?? #BellLetsTalk#BellYouShutUp
Everyday is a struggle for me.
I’m not the easiest person to get along with… I try to put on a brave face every single day while dealing with the constant PTSD, and side effects from going through two rounds of cancer.
It’s ok not to be ok.

On #BellLetsTalk Day, and everyday, let's keep working to remove stigma around mental illness. Let's keep being kind and keep caring. 💙
Each time you tweet and retweet using #BellLetsTalk or watch their official video, Bell will donate 5¢ more towards mental health initiatives.
Hearing “Your Mother would be proud of you” still brings tears to my eyes.
I use my voice loudly because she didn’t have one. She suffered mental illness in silence, and now as a parent myself I am incredibly proud of her and what she battled every single day. #BellLetsTalk
Don’t forget, it’s Bell Let’s Talk Day! The same hypocritical company that bullies employees, takes government subsidies and has their media arm (CTV) publish polls about denying health care to and jailing the unvaccinated. Today they’ll pretend to care. #BellLetsTalk
One of the first things the Ford government did after taking power in 2018 was cut $335 million annually to mental health services in Ontario. Actions speak louder than words and yearly videos for #BellLetsTalk. #onpoli

It’s OK, to not be OK. #BellLetsTalk Today makes 2550 days. It takes such a small effort, that often carry’s a massive impact, to have empathy and simply ask someone how they are doing. #BellLetsTalk
