@dellsane I wrote a long piece in FB E2 group on this 23rd Oct '21, (25 likes, 87 comments!) because there were the same issues then as now. Just search on "You are not the customer" If that doesn't convince you, we'll have to agree to differ.
@dellsane Someone who purchases goods or services 'which they specify'. We will get what we are given.
If you're right I would expect a huge change in communication, if I'm right I would expect things to stay pretty much the same.
@dellsane The customer commissions, controls, funds and governs the project. The End User uses, experiences, derives value from the system. We are not board members, or shareholders. That's why there's frustration. You want to be treated like a customer, but it's not delivering 'for you'
@dellsane In IT projects, customers define requirements, oversee benefits, sit on the project board and can stop the project.
End users have as much right to know E2 plans as we do our bank's, supermarket's or government's projects, we pay them too.
Shoonfest is back! The celebration of the talent within the Earth 2 community and the 5th instalment of Earth 2's longest running community event.

I made my first dish using the 'Cooking Pot Set.' To cook things like banana mash and kelp strips, you need to first install a 'Campfire.' Cooking with just the Cooking Pot Set without a Campfire will only waste ingredients. #Earth2#CookingPotSet
@E2News Isn’t there a hidden benefit to this? Today I only have enough tiles to stake 28k Essence, tomorrow I’ll be able to stake 42k and qualify for paying for tiles with ESS.
@Earth2Korean I think there is an opportunity for a player's strategy to evolve endlessly, from explorer, to farmer, to manufacturer, to retail, to event host and so on.
Everyone can have a niche, like security, or even dino trainer! Good feeling for 2026..
Happy Birthday Earth2! Great to see Reality Thread 4 out now and 5 coming soon. The news on laws prompts a serious question (with apologies to Mitchell and Webb)😉
@fhing85 Remember years ago, Guidebook Gaming, My Name is Human, or that 26 yr old student who wrote an 'open letter to the CEO?' They all complained endlessly about transparency, reporting, and 'Wen Phase 2?'
Attention doesn't help, it just attracts trolls.
@fhing85 Your relationship is limited to E2 terms and conditions. Are they in breach of these? No. If you are not happy with that, you have options. How does criticism help?
